SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders ship via USPS within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your items and the option you choose. We only ship within the U.S. When an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Once packages leave our store locations, carriers are responsible for the handling and delivery of items. Shipping resolutions will be up to the carrier’s discretion and carriers should be contacted in the case of a missing or damaged package. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your items are damaged, lost or stolen and the shipping company needs communication from the sender.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging to be returned. You must return the item within 3 weeks of the shipping date of your purchase. Please email email@example.com with your name and your order details to request a refund or replacement. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions if applicable.
